Inside Sales Professional

Location: College Park
Compensation: Base pay plus commission and bonus

Description:

We are currently looking for successful, financially motivated, energetic individuals to join our marketing department. In this role you will make out bound calls to Washington DC Area homeowners to market our products and services related to general home remodeling. This is a permanent position with one of the area's most seasoned and growing sales organization. This position is located in College Park, Maryland, just inside the beltway less then 2 miles from the University of Maryland. The current shift hours are Monday - Thursday 11am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. Beyond providing stability and growth, this company offers on going training, top pay within the industry based on experience, education levels, benefits, annual reviews and rapid advancement. In selected, candidates should be ready to provide personal and business reference.

Requirements:

Qualified individuals must be motivated by pre determined quotas, possess verbal skills, and be able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with either sales, or marketing, a minimum of 2 previous years of working for bona fide sales organizations and a high school diploma. Training classes are starting soon. Outside Sales Professional/Marketing
